Stovetop Gouda Mac & Cheeseย 

Mac & Cheese The Preecy Way 
2 block of Sharp Cheese 
1 block of Gouda Cheese 
1 block of Muenster Cheese
1 block of Mozzarella 
1 block of coby jack 
2 1/2-3 cups of Half and Half 
1 Stick of Butter 
1 Box of Elbow Macaroni 
2 eggs 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until slightly tender about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside to keep warm.

In a large bowl, shredded and combine all of the cheeses.

In another bowl Whisk the eggs

Heat 1 block of Cheddar Cheese, butter and 2 cups of the half-and-half in a large pan 

 Add the warm macaroni tossing until the cheese has melted and the mixture. Add eggs 

Add another 1/2 cup of half and half and All Shredded Cheese

season salt and pepper to taste 

Transfer to the casserole dish ( I like to butter mine) and top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and bubbly.
