My Simple Air Fryer Meatloaf

A good meatloaf  will need to be properly seasoned & bound to prevent it from falling apart.

All you need is:

1/2 cup onion, finely diced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup of mixed peppers (red,yellow,green)

2 pounds of ground turkey

1/2 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs

1/3 cup ketchup

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 to 1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1/3 cup of  chopped parsley

  1. Saute onions, mixed peppers and garlic with butter in a skillet.
  2. Add garlic, peppers, onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, paprika, Worcestershire,  ketchup, salt, and pepper to a large bowl with ground turkey.
  3. Break down the ground turkey and combine the ingredients.
  4. Mold the meat into a loaf.
  5. Add the meat loaf to the air fryer and air fry at 350 on Bake for 35mins or 162 degrees.

Top with Tomato Sauce, Gravy or BBQ Sauce
