Vegetarian Chili the Preecy way
Ingredients:
2 cans Chill beans ( Kidney & Northern Beans)
2 cans of Tomatoes
2 Red Onions
2 Bell pepper
2 Red pepper
1 Celery bunch chopped
1 Garlic clove
1 Jalapeño peppers
Scallions
Parsley
Cayenne pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chili powder
Black pepper
Salt
Cumin
1 small can of Tomato paste
2 cups of Vegetable broth.
I always suggest you season to taste starting with 1 tsp of the seasoning (1/4 tsp for Salt and Cayenne pepper)
Sauté vegetables in Olive oil add tomato paste, vegetable broth and seasoning.
Cook on medium heat for one hour.
Stir often
