I wanted to make a simple dish without going to the grocery store. I had pasta, I had ground turkey and I tomato sauce.

Boil pasta according to directions

Cook and season ground turkey to taste. Drain turkey, mix with pasta and tomato sauce. Homemade or jar.

Bake at 350 for 45mins.

Let it cool and add scallions on top.
